Basic Health Check
Our basic health check allows us to gain a full understanding of your IT systems and your business requirements we can carry out a fact find and perform an IT heath check review of your IT performance and security. This will enable us to make recommendations based on your requirements and business priorities. IT Health Checks are necessary to ensure correct implementation of security functionality and to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems and networks which may compromise confidentiality, integrity or availability of information held on the system or network.
The IT Health Check service exists for the benefit of businesses who wish to have their sensitive IT systems and networks checked for vulnerabilities. The service consists of an analysis of the identified systems and network to identify any weaknesses based on widely encountered vulnerabilities and common configuration faults.
The output of an IT Health Check is a report detailing any vulnerabilities and recommending effective security countermeasures.
Advanced Health Check
Our Advanced Think Online IT Health Check looks at how end users perceive the IT service they receive and the systems they use and also gauges the skills and the standards of those providing the service. In addition, it provides a methodology by which systems can be assessed in relation to business need. Based on the results of the health check a detailed action plan can be developed to address perceived and real ailments that are affecting IT functions.
The health check has been designed for use by non-IT managers, auditors and IT professionals and uses questionnaires and structured scorecards as part of a step by step guide for the health check practitioner. The Think Online health check would be particularly beneficial to:
